Great to meet you!

As an LMFT, with 20+ years of experience in settings in schools, clinics, crisis shelters and in-home, with youth and their families, I feel like I am able to help in most any situations with all types of people.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationship struggles, grief/loss, crisis and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see this therapy journey as one where I can walk alongside you and your family as we get through the hard times together. I work with you to process your thoughts and feelings, using reflective listening, humor, empathy and unconditional positive regard, and I even sometimes challenge you, to get you where you'd like to be.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a commitment to working on yourself, to take purposeful, intentional steps towards healing and getting stronger. I look forward to helping you on this path.

We will use every session to build coping and communication skills, healthy boundaries, and emotional regulation. Each session will highlight what is going well, to reinforce this, and also identify what we can be working on throughout the week.
