My passion has always been helping people. Whether you have experienced trauma, adjusting to new life events, or have depression and anxiety, I am here to help. I have been trained in many different therapy techniques and I adjust to what is needed for the individual. I have been in the helping field 25 years and have various experiences from couples counseling to helping the severely mentally ill. My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy and tend to adjust depending on what the individual is needing. I have been trained in Trauma based work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused, relationship building and coping with stressors and anxiety.
