Great to meet you!

As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I bring a structured yet deeply compassionate dedication to my counseling practice. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting diverse populations across a wide spectrum of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. This breadth of experience allows me to provide culturally competent, empathetic care tailored to the distinct life experiences of every individual I serve.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the understanding that every individual's journey is entirely unique. Because no two experiences are alike, I reject one-size-fits-all solutions and tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific history, needs, and concerns. My primary goal is to cultivate a secure, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Together, we will collaborate to set meaningful goals and map out a practical path forward, empowering you to live intentionally and move confidently in the direction you desire.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, but our initial session is simply an open, low-pressure conversation designed to help us get to know one another. Think of it as a collaborative starting point where you are completely in the driver's seat.
