Great to meet you!

Maybe anxiety is running the show, anger keeps getting the best of you, or drinking has quietly become bigger than you meant it to be. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. I'm a licensed professional counselor in Nevada with a background in crisis and hospital work, and I help adults and families dealing with anxiety, anger, ADHD, and substance use — all through convenient video sessions, wherever you are in the state.

My approach to therapy

I lead with your strengths, not your diagnosis. Sessions feel like a real conversation — I'll help you understand where a pattern comes from, then give you practical ways to change it, using approaches like motivational interviewing when you feel stuck between wanting change and dreading it. Years of crisis work mean nothing you bring in will rattle me.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is low-pressure. We'll talk about what's going on, what you've tried, and what "better" would look like for you. There's nothing to prepare and no wrong way to start — just come as you are.
