Hi! I'm a licensed psychologist & family therapist interested in HEALING those I know and work with. I've worked with individuals, families, couples, & groups in various fields including university counseling, substance abuse, and forensic populations. I believe it's essential to get GROUNDED and practice being okay in the here-and-now. I'm also a Trainer-Educator-Practioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry, & Group Psychotherapy.

My style of therapy is a Family Systems approach, as well as an action methods orientation (which is also termed Psychodrama). I've worked with women, men, and kids in recovering from personal TRAUMA and in effectively dealing with life stressors. I'm also focused on inclusivity & equity, as this is a spiritual journey for me.
My expectation is that we'll establish treatment goals together. These often include feeling GROUNDED and using our thinking processes to become more functional in our relationships.
