Great to meet you!

I am very invested in helping clients reach their goals for a better life. I like for our sessions to be relaxed and conversational. I feel I need to get to know clients on a personal level before I can help them.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients and try to be a good listener. Each client is unique and I enjoy working with each one. I do have training in EMDR, which is an effective treatment for trauma. I mainly work with helping clients manage their thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from me

Each client's treatment is individualized, but every effort will be made to help the client see how the work they are doing in therapy can be put into practice in their daily life. Specific suggestions, or "homework" will be determined collaboratively as a way to practice skills learned.
