I work with adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, trauma, family issues, stress management concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, struggling with emotional challenges, or finding it difficult to move forward after painful experiences. My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized, collaborative, and centered around your unique needs and goals. My approach is warm, empowering, and person centered, creating a safe and compassionate environment where clients can feel heard and supported. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), attachment based approaches, and strength based interventions to support lasting healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, grief, family concerns, relationship issues, women's issues, identity concerns, and stress related challenges. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop greater emotional well-being and resilience.
