Great to meet you!

I believe healing is about creating space to discover who you are becoming. My goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming environment where you can show up as your authentic self, feel understood without judgment, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have felt lost or overlooked.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. I also support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual abuse as they rebuild a sense of safety, reconnect with their needs and boundaries, and move toward healing at their own pace.

My approach is trauma informed, strengths based, and collaborative. I integrate evidence based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.

I am LGBTQIA+ allied, sex positive, intimacy affirming, kink allied, and sex worker allied. I strive to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your identity, sexuality, relationships, and lived experiences with confidence that your autonomy, boundaries, and values will be respected.

You deserve more than simply getting through the day. You deserve the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your strengths, and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. I would be honored to support you as you grow, heal, and begin again.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we can explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, develop self-compassion, and identify practical steps toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so our first session is all about your comfort and pace. We will spend our first 50 minutes getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy right now, and exploring your goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet—we will map it out together.
