I am a licensed clinician with over 30 years' experience working in school settings, residential programs, community mental health, and as a facilitator of parenting workshops. I work with children and adults, offering counseling for parenting concerns, anxiety, life transitions and caregiving challenges. My work with children includes anxiety, anger management, assertiveness training and mindfulness skills.
