Great to meet you!

Welcome! Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I am glad you're here. Beginning therapy often takes courage, whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling that something in your life needs attention or change. My hope is that you will find a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel respected, heard, and comfortable being yourself. I value the unique experiences that have shaped who you are and strive to meet you where you are in your journey. You don't have to have everything figured out before taking the first step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I respect your right to make decisions that are best for your life while offering guidance, support, and practical tools along the way. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with you to find what feels meaningful and achievable. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we will build on your strengths and work toward positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply an opportunity for us to get to know one another. You are welcome to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve, even if you're still figuring that out. I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, strengths, and goals. There is no pressure to have everything planned before we meet. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
