Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults in all stages of life and experiencing all that life throws at them. Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating grief, or stuck in a rut affecting your relationship, your career, or simply your happiness, I can help you find the path back to feeling like your best self.

My approach to therapy

As your counselor, I can help identify patterns in your life and make connections between current struggles and past experiences to help explain not only what you're feeling but why you're feeling that way. My goal is for you to understand yourself so you can be empowered to make the changes you feel will lead to happiness, fulfillment and peace in your life.

What you can expect from me

The most important qualification for your counselor is that you feel safe, comfortable and understood. In our first session, I will introduce myself, learn what you're looking for, and allow you to decide if I'm the right fit for you.
