Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot for a long time. On the outside, they may appear capable and responsible, yet internally feel exhausted, anxious, discouraged, or disconnected from joy or meaning. Many are navigating major life transitions, work-related stress, a history of trauma, relationship challenges, or the cumulative impact of chronic stress. Veterans and midlife adults often find they feel especially understood in my practice. They are seeking emotional relief, practical tools to calm their nervous system, and deeper healing from past experiences that continue to impact their present life.

My approach to therapy

I offer trauma-informed therapy that integrates EMDR, along with cognitive and somatic strategies, to support adults in reducing anxiety, healing from trauma, improving emotional regulation, and navigating burnout and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded, helping clients build effective coping skills, deepen self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

Through our work, you’ll gain confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Clients often leave therapy with a deeper awareness of their emotions and the ability to navigate challenges with resilience and calm. My goal is for you to feel empowered to create lasting change - building a life guided by self-compassion, healthier boundaries, & meaningful connection with yourself and others.
