Great to meet you!

Hello.

  • I’m excited about working together.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience assessing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions. I see patients from young adults through older adulthood. My practice is largely focused on adults dealing with stress, mood changes, sleep issues, and the cumulative weight of work, relationships, and responsibility, and questions of spirituality. I respect your time, your autonomy, and your intelligence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care centers on active listening, developing a healthier outlook, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I take a holistic approach, drawing on my background as a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner to support the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being.

I believe healing is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about understanding what you’ve been carrying, having a safe place to work through it, and developing the insight and resilience to move forward. The goal isn’t to eliminate every problem—it’s to help you become better equipped to face life’s challenges without being consumed by them.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk through what brought you in, what your symptoms actually look like in daily life, and relevant medical and mental health history and context, in plain language. From there we'll discuss treatment options, including whether medication makes sense for you, and build a plan together. Sessions are relaxed, grounded, and focused. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your mental health journey. You should leave the first appointment with a clear sense of what we're working on and what comes next.
