Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life's challenges in a variety of settings. I'm passionate about helping people shift their perspective and see new possibilities because I believe that tending to your mental health is one of the most powerful steps toward living a full, meaningful life. I draw on multiple therapy approaches depending on what you need, and I especially love working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I've seen make a real difference for so many of my clients.

My approach to therapy

My style is solution-focused at heart, but I know that no two people are the same so I meet you where you are. You are the expert in the room when it comes to your own life, and my job is to walk alongside you, not lead you. I pull from different therapeutic approaches, including CBT, to find what works best for you. Together, we'll work toward real, meaningful change while making sure you always feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, we'll spend our time getting to know each other through an intake session this is your space to share your story, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. From there, I love to keep the momentum going with three to four back-to-back sessions, because I've found that showing up consistently early on really helps us build a strong foundation together. And through all of it, you can count on a safe, judgment-free space where you always feel welcome and heard.
