My approach to therapy

Models I find helpful for my clients include Structural, Strategic, Cognitive Behavioral

Treatment, Narrative and some Hypnosis. I incorporate tools from other models such as Solution Focused therapy. I also am a believer of thinking outside of the psychological box.

I am always willing to research/explore techniques in order to find what will help my clients to achieve their goals.
