Great to meet you!

I developed The Toolbox Approach® to healing that comes from over 35 years of personal and professional experience healing trauma. My practice is called "Holding Space Integrative Trauma Informed Therapies" where I aim to offer both traditional insurance covered therapy and concierge therapy, which means tailoring care modality to your healing journey. We are now offering more than therapy given the numbers reflect people can spend decades in and out and still never get invited to structure a healing journey they own for life. The Enter the Phases of Healing program starts as two courses that are yours at $45, and we build from there into 2 therapy/coaching sessions and see the path that works best. You may build to consider a 3-Day Therapy Intensive and maximize your time and effort. Begin by booking a discovery call through Headway. My care will link you with additional providers in relationship therapy and holistic medication management if you seek this. I want individuals to feel free from a fixing mindset. I help people discover the stages and tools for inner work. I am a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP2) and licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in New York (LMHC). I have my Certification in Integrative Mental Health and additional specializations. The introductory book "You Are Not Broken," along with other self-help options, is yours to consider as part of your therapy. I believe therapy is what you make it, and it is only one tool to change and grow. THE POWER IS YOURS. DEMOCRATIZE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND LEARN THE PHASES OF HEALING. We hold an invitation we've never known about, inviting yourself to organized healing may go against the grain, it takes time, not weeks, but it's real, it's honest, and in the end it won't waste as much as your time as waiting for someone to diagnose what's wrong. https://zapponlyhealingspace.com/

My approach to therapy

My practice is called Holding Space. It is offered by ENYA, Everyone Needs You Always, LLC. I go beyond therapy if you need more. I connect you with healing events and medical practitioners that are integrative. My concept is one that offers Concierge Trauma services and Therapy Intensives in addition to traditional weekly therapy with improved outcomes. Weekly therapy is not the path for everyone; I want to meet this reality. We are all holding on to old things even if you don't identify as holding trauma. These services help you decide what can work to unblock, reprocess, heal and relate. I now offer Private Pay courses at Patreon: Enter The Phases Of Healing. These are self-paced and affordable with therapy/coaching options per your decision from the menu.

What you can expect from me

We spend several sessions learning each other and discover what would work best. Healing trauma requires thinking outside the box of diagnosis and treatment. It requires two experts in a room; therapist and "patient", which are really two people "Holding Space" for the story that is you becoming you. Understanding the part of your experience that have been unprocessed and only partially worked through is key to selecting what modes of services from the menu will work best.
