Great to meet you!

I worked 22 years in foster care and was blessed to work with top professionals in trauma. Building on my trauma experience, I am EMDR trained and am currently working toward EMDR Certification. I have experience working with foster parents, first responders, and those who have experienced trauma in childhood as well as various traumas as an adult. I enjoy walking through the hard places with people to learn to heal and walk in freedom, finding their strength and learning to feel empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want to get to know you, what has worked thus far and if there is something you know doesn't work. I provide education to help understand what is going on and help you learn why we may do something so that healing can occur.I am about empowering you to find the strength inside, helping to you to heal and walk in freedom.

What you can expect from our first session

I will work with you so that when you leave a session you feel encouraged, empowered, hope and eventually free.
