Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatrist whose practice focuses on women’s mental health and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, reproductive transitions, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, perimenopause/menopause, and relationship or life transitions.

I received my undergraduate degree in neurobiology from Harvard College and my medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. I completed psychiatry residency at Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, where I served as Chief of Women’s Mental Health.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is psychotherapy-centered and collaborative, with medication used thoughtfully when it is helpful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to treatment, your current symptoms and concerns, your history, prior treatment experiences, medications, and relevant medical or reproductive health considerations. I aim to create a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental environment where we can begin to understand both immediate concerns and the deeper patterns shaping them.
