Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to seek support for your mental health is incredibly important, and I am here to listen, understand, and work with you on your journey toward healing and well-being. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. It is my privilege and my passion to support individuals in achieving mental wellness and balance. I truly believe that everyone can heal and grow, and my goal is to walk alongside you on that journey. I have gained experience in various settings, including community and home health, substance use and eating disorders treatment facilities, and outpatient private practice. In these settings, I’ve had the opportunity to care for individuals facing a broad range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and crisis intervention. Whether you’re dealing with any of these conditions or facing life challenges, I’m here to assist you. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I am here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to supporting individuals in overcoming their fears and empowering them on their journey toward mental wellness. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and person-centered, addressing all dimensions of well-being—social, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I focus on creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and aspirations. By using evidence-based practices, I work with individuals to identify effective therapeutic interventions, which may include psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications. My goal is to provide recovery-driven care that encourages active participation, guiding individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals while fostering resilience and confidence along the way.

What you can expect from me

Every individual matters and deserves access to high-quality care, regardless of their background or circumstances. My approach is empathetic and nonjudgmental, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions, knowing they are heard, respected, and supported. I prioritize open communication and encourage active involvement in the treatment process. Individuals can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools to manage their mental health, and a sense of empowerment on their path to recovery. My goal is to build a trusting relationship that promotes open dialogue and collaboration every step of the way.
