Your first appointment will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I'll have you fill out forms ahead of time so we're not starting from scratch in your appointment. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that works for you & your goals. Treatment may include medication management, education, & lifestyle recommendations in collaboration with your other care providers when possible.
