Great to meet you!

I began my education with a degree in Psychology from Rollins College, then obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling from Webster University. I focused my early practice on the treatment of trauma in adults and children, and then moved into a more generalized practice with a variety of clients of all ages including the elderly. In 2015, I graduated from the Barry University Adrian Domincian School of Education with a Ph.D. in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I bring together my education and experience in clinical mental health with the systemic and holistic philosophy needed to consider not just the individual client, but their entire family. My experience as an educator and supervisor in the field of counseling has given me the opportunity to teach the multiple theories and modalities I use in therapy. I believe in the therapeutic process, and I strive to spread passion for the field.

What you can expect from me

Emotional processing isn't easy, but it is worth it. The growth that happens during the course of therapy can dramatically change your life. I offer my clients the opportunity to explore themselves in a safe and honest enviornment, to examine inconsistencies within themselves, assess the health of their relationships, and fully clarify their hopes and dreams to create a foundation for a better future.
