Great to meet you!

After several years in medical social work, I earned my master’s in social work from KU and began working as a therapist at Crawford County Mental Health. As a veteran, wife and mother of veterans, and wife of a law enforcement officer, creating a safe environment to navigate the unique stressors of this lifestyle is incredibly important to me. It would be my honor to support you on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With a client-centered approach, I view the client as the expert on their own life. My role is to guide them in discovering their own answers. Additionally, I incorporate numerous CBT techniques to assist clients in changing their thought patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a safe space where clients can be honest with themselves and with me. Clients can expect to gain tools that will help them achieve the goals they set for therapy. I collaborate with clients to establish their own treatment goals.
