Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Melissa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide therapy for adult women navigating self-doubt, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, or unfulfilling relationships. My goal is to offer a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to build self-trust, confidence, and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your needs. I use a combination of attachment-based, somatic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and person-centered approaches. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be affecting how you see yourself and relate to others while building practical tools for managing stress, strengthening boundaries, and improving self-confidence. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can slow down, understand yourself, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’re currently experiencing, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to work toward. You’ll have space to share at your own pace and ask any questions you may have. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the work ahead.
