Great to meet you!

I support women navigating cancer care and life after diagnosis; as well as those living with other chronic health issues. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, in remission, or caring for someone you love, you don’t have to carry it all alone. I offer a space where you can be honest about what this season feels like, feel supported in your fears, and stay connected to your strength and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, compassionate space to show up exactly as you are - physically, emotionally, and mentally; where you can process what you're going through while also helping you build practical tools to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your sense of self.

My background includes residential co-occurring substance use and mental health treatment, school-based mental health for gifted and neurodivergent learners, and parent coaching. My approach is warm and encouraging, with a holistic lens that honors the emotional, relational, physical, and personal parts of healing.

What you can expect from me

I offer therapy by telehealth, and our first session is a chance to get to know each other, build trust, and make sure you feel supported. If you’re looking for steady, caring support during a difficult time, I’d be honored to help.
