Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an immigrant, with a deep understanding of what it means to live between worlds, internally and externally. My clients are often thoughtful, high-achieving, and deeply self-aware neurodivergent adults who, from the outside, seem to have it together, but inside feel something is off, disconnected, or not fully aligned.

I support adults navigating:

• Overthinking, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from themselves

• Complex relationship patterns and relational wounds

• Relationship transitions, including breakups or divorce, and the identity shifts that come with them

• Life transitions that bring uncertainty, loss, or a sense of “in-between”

• Integrating different parts of themselves, including cultural identity

This work is not just about talking or venting. It’s about seeing yourself more clearly, shifting the patterns that keep you stuck, and reconnecting with your own voice. It’s about stepping into your agency and moving through change in a way that feels more grounded, intentional, and true to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in partnership and curiosity, and tailored to you. We'll focus on what’s happening in your life right now, integrating mind-body practices like somatic awareness, parts work, and mindfulness in a way that fits you. I value creating a space for both depth and lightness, where even a bit of humor can help you relate to yourself differently. I see therapy as a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with your own strength and direction. I offer sessions in Spanish and bring a culturally attuned, integrative perspective into our work together.

My style is:

  • Direct, but compassionate
  • Insight-oriented
  • Empowering
  • Grounded and steady

I won’t just nod. I’ll help you see patterns clearly, and support you making the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where:

• You don’t have to hold it all together or have it all figured out

• You can say the things you’ve been carrying, even the ones that are hard to put into words

• We begin to notice and shift the patterns, internally and in relationships, that keep repeating

• You learn to move through anxiety and grief with more awareness, rather than feeling consumed by it

Many of the people I work with are navigating relationship dynamics, identity shifts, and life transitions that are asking them to grow in new ways.

Together, we build clarity, strengthen your sense of self, and support you in moving through your life with more intention, boundaries, and self-trust.
