Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on adults who carry significant responsibility in both their work and personal lives. They often find themselves expected to solve problems, make difficult decisions, and continue performing under pressure. My goal is to help clients think through challenges, develop practical strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

With over 16 years of clinical experience, I have worked extensively with professionals in healthcare, government, and other demanding fields, as well as service members, veterans, and military families. Having worked in both clinical and business settings, I understand the unique challenges of leadership, workplace dynamics, and balancing professional success with personal well-being.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, collaborative, and practical, and I want you to feel comfortable enough to be honest, ask questions, and be yourself. I'll meet you where you are and support you, but I'll also ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and challenge you when I think it will be helpful. Together, we'll explore different perspectives, identify patterns you may not notice, and find practical ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you in. I'll ask questions to better understand the challenges you're facing and what you'd like to see change, and I'll answer any questions you have. We'll also talk about what working together might look like and whether it feels like a good fit for what you're looking for.
