Great to meet you!

I work primarily with adults who carry significant responsibility in both their professional and personal lives. They are often balancing demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, relationships, and the expectations that come with being someone others depend on.

Over the past 16 years, I have worked with professionals across a variety of industries, as well as military-connected individuals and families. My experience in both clinical and business settings has given me a deep understanding of leadership, workplace dynamics, high-stakes decision-making, and the challenges of balancing the demands of work with personal well-being.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, we'll work together to gain perspective, develop practical strategies, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, collaborative, and practical, and I want you to feel comfortable enough to be honest, ask questions, and be yourself. I'll meet you where you are and support you, but I'll also ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and challenge you when I think it will be helpful. Together, we'll explore different perspectives, identify patterns you may not notice, and find practical ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you in. I'll ask questions to better understand the challenges you're facing and what you'd like to see change, and I'll answer any questions you have. We'll also talk about what working together might look like and whether it feels like a good fit for what you're looking for.
