Welcome! BC Helping Hands, LLC is honored to support individuals, families, children, and future clinicians on their journey toward healing and growth. With over 16 years of experience in mental health services, I specialize in working with children and teens facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

As a licensed clinical social worker and experienced school social worker, I bring a deep understanding of the unique needs of diverse families. My passion lies in creating a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where children (ages 0–17), individuals, and their families can thrive.

Through evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-centered therapy, and the RUMERTIME method—I help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and healthier relationships. We will work together to create lasting change and a brighter future.

My goal is to help clients develop healthier patterns, build self-awareness and resilience, and foster deeper connections in their relationships. I’m passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where families feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward their goals.
