Great to meet you!

Hello! I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and non judgmental space for folks to explore therapy. I know that life can be challenging and I believe we all need someone to walk beside us sometimes.

I am honored to offer trauma treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Therapy in Nature, Visualization practices, and Eye Movement Integration.

My approach to therapy

I am a very open and client centered therapist. I believe in empowering clients to see what makes them unique. We all have gifts even if we have forgotten how to use them. I encourage identity and intuition building through cooperative therapy practices.

What you can expect from me

Clients tend to feel a sense of relief that I don't judge their thoughts or feelings. I hope to show clients a bit of knowledge and awareness of themselves in each session.
