I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of supporting clients in achieving greater mental and emotional wellness. My approach is supportive and personalized, helping clients feel seen and understood as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with first-generation adults, young professionals, life transitions as well as individuals managing ADHD.
My therapy approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I often use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you explore and understand the different “parts” of yourself and how they impact your life. I also integrate strengths-based and client-centered techniques, focusing on what’s working well in your life and building on your natural resilience. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and feel empowered to make positive changes.
Taking the first step toward mental wellness is often the hardest, and I’m so glad you’re here! In our first session, I’ll share what you can expect in our work together and answer any questions you have. From there, we’ll take a closer look at your “puzzle pieces”—the different parts of your life that have brought you to this point. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals that feel right for you and create a plan for how we’ll move forward. Progress with me looks like building self-awareness, learning tools to navigate life’s challenges, and feeling more confident in your ability to handle what comes your way. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to reflect, open to growth, and curious about understanding themselves on a deeper level.
