Great to meet you!

Hello, I have been in practice for almost 15 years, with over 10 years in Inpatient Psych dealing with crisis management. I have experience in working with grief and loss, generalized anxiety and depression. I do have experience with PTSD and women's issues as well. My motto I have adapted to is "Life is journey and it may be hard but with help it doesn't have to be". I am here to help whether that is someone to vent to or need help with life difficulties I am here.

My approach to therapy

I am here for you. You drive the focus on what you want and need and I will support you. Therapy is a journey and this is yours. I will help guide and facilitate the process so that it works for you. Having said that, I try to create a warm and comfortable environment for you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session will be a lot of questions and answers, as this is a getting to know you session and will help lay out things for the future. I will need to know what your goals are and where you want to focus treatment. I won't need extensive details today or your deep dark secrets as time will come for that in the future but only when ready. This is also a time for you to get to know me. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
