During the first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what feels most important for you right now. Whether it’s talking through current challenges or creating goals for improving an area of your life, we’ll work together to build a plan that supports your needs. We’ll also check in regularly to make sure that plan continues to align with your overall goals and the life you want to create.
