My approach to therapy

I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space to help you achieve your goals. I commonly utilize an integrative CBT, DBT, Interpersonal, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Conflict-Resolution approach to help individuals gain emotional and behavioral management skills, as well as, make challenging life decisions while under significant pressure.

I specialize in health psychology and enjoy working with individuals who are feeling stuck, disempowered, and overwhelmed. I am trained in nutrition and integrative medicine. I customize psychological assessments and therapy treatment plans to fit the goals of each unique patient. Please visit my website for more details on my training and specializations.

What you can expect from me

Each appointment and individual are unique and are tailored to meet the goals of each patient at the time of therapy. Appointments are 50-minutes in length and are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. During that time, we will work through stressors and traumas, develop coping skills, and identify ways to meet your individual therapy treatment goals.
