Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinician with experience providing individual, couples, and co-parenting counseling. I hold a Master's in Social Work, and I'm licensed in both Texas and California.

My clinical background is eclectic—I draw from multiple modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and tailor my approach to each client's needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating major life transitions and those experiencing anxiety, burnout, or relational stress.

My approach to therapy

I am an active, warm therapist who brings humor, authenticity, and directness to our sessions. Rather than sitting back silently, I believe in working together as a team. While I do not have all the answers, I am committed to supporting and guiding you toward a path of hope, meaning, and purpose. I provide the psychological tools, but you are the expert on your own life. We will move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Coming to therapy can feel intimidating, so I make our first session as painless as possible. We’ll have a warm, conversational discussion about what’s going on in your life right now.

By the end of our first hour, you'll leave with a clear, honest picture of how we can work together to get you unstuck.
