I enjoy taking individual journeys with clients. I believe therapy should have an element of fun and creativity. One of my greatest accomplishments is witnessing clients take control and make changes regarding their identified situation and/or situations.

I enjoy an eclectic approach. I use affirmations, reading materials, communication skills, movies, music, meditation and other creative alternative to support each client in reaching their stated goals.

Therapy is challenging and can often stir up undesirable feelings and emotions. Clients will walk away knowing that I was present, they were heard and know that materials will be implemented to support them on their journey. Clients will sometimes be very excited for the next session.
