Great to meet you!

If you are looking for ways to finally get relief from anxiety so that you can experience a greater level of daily functioning and gain a better outlook on life, you are in the right place. You will become crystal clear about why you are experiencing uncomfortable bodily symptoms as well as negative thoughts and feelings. We will work on ways to help you improve your daily habits, feel calmer and happier, and positively impact your mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

Treatment is customized to your particular needs utilizing person-centered and strength based approaches as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness based and compassion focused therapies. We'll find past and present successes to address the challenges you are facing so that you can move forward with confidence and experience the growth you desire. Clients who work with me experience a great deal of input about the way therapy proceeds.

What you can expect from me

You will learn and understand areas that can be improved fairly quickly that will show you results faster such as how to improve sleep habits, mindfulness practices, grounding skills, and identification of thought patterns and reframing them so you can manage your thoughts and emotions more effectively. How we manage our body, mind, and spirit are vital to how we feel and how skillfully we function in life. If you are looking for the support you need to make changes toward your goals, call me.
