Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful lives and relationships, even in the face of hardship. I believe that our connections with others are among the most important aspects of life, and I am dedicated to supporting clients in building intentional, fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, among others. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I focus on fostering self-awareness, self-esteem, and meaningful connection.

I believe that growth happens when we are intentional about our choices and relationships. In sessions, I help clients identify their values, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their ability to navigate challenges.

For couples, I emphasize self-regulation during conflict, guiding partners to communicate productively and deepen their emotional intimacy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where you feel heard and respected. We’ll start by discussing what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll ask about your personal history, relationships, and what you hope to achieve, but you’re always welcome to share at your own pace.

Together, we’ll begin to identify the challenges you’re facing and explore initial strategies for moving forward. I’ll also introduce my approach to therapy and answer any questions about the process.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and with a sense of hope about the work we’ll do together.
