My approach to therapy is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, among others. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I focus on fostering self-awareness, self-esteem, and meaningful connection.
I believe that growth happens when we are intentional about our choices and relationships. In sessions, I help clients identify their values, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their ability to navigate challenges.
For couples, I emphasize self-regulation during conflict, guiding partners to communicate productively and deepen their emotional intimacy.
