I'm a passionate and client-centered practitioner who is motivated by the challenges I have worked to overcome through therapeutic practices. I prioritizes advocating for my clients and value the unique experiences each of my clients bring to the therapeutic process. This can include depression, anxiety, stress, relational/family challenges, grief, and trauma. I bring over a decade of experience working with adults of all ages, families, and children who were runaways/homeless.

My holistic approach includes a non-judgement space and unconditional positive regard while using modalities such as solution-focused, cognitive processing, cognitive-behavioral, multi-systemic therapy, and psychodynamic treatment to assist clients experiencing mental and emotional hardships.

My goal is to help clients improve their quality of life by helping you create a tailored self-care routine, increase your insight, unlock dormant strengths, and build new, sustainable skills. I know life requires us to evolve and grow in order for us to thrive and I'm dedicated to joining clients on their journey towards growth
