Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a two time graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I received my Master’s in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in community counseling. I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for ~13 years.

Experience: 10 yrs in private practice- working with the delinquent youth of MKE county, also worked in a residential facility for dually diagnosed children with autism. More recently worked with those who struggle with substance abuse and dependency issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is laidback realism - I don't sugar coat anything. I utilize a multi-modal therapies including but not limited to: CBT, Pyschodynamic, Psychoeducation, Solution Focused, Etc. I have specialized in counseling clients with traumatic histories.

What you can expect from our first session

I am pretty big on emphasizing one's own self awareness. The environment you can expect while working with me is that of honesty and acceptance.
