Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and women's mental health, including the emotional changes that can accompany perimenopause and menopause.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the person they want to be. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to those feelings, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, resilient, and in control of your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should provide both insight and practical strategies you can apply in your everyday life.

I provide secure telehealth sessions throughout Florida, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're facing a difficult season or have been struggling for years, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy to help you develop practical coping skills and lasting emotional resilience. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, confidence, and balance so you can move forward feeling more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free environment. We'll discuss what's been bringing you to therapy, explore your concerns, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and together we'll begin developing a personalized plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about the path ahead.
