Great to meet you!

Hello! I look forward to meeting you!

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 16 years. I absolutely value the human experience and am honored to be on this journey with you. I work with children and adults, particularly experienced with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, and Autism.

My approach to therapy

Congratulations on moving forward with the help and support you deserve! My approach to counseling is meeting you where you are as partners on your unique healing journey. I strive to build rapport and trust. I value communication within the therapeutic relationship so that you feel heard and respected. I will support you, challenge you, and be present. We are in this together.

What you can expect from me

Introductions are most helpful for our first session including hearing your story, goal development, and relationship building. I will have some questions and encourage you to do the same. It is important to me to welcome you and provide a space where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while feeling safe. Moving forward, sessions will be goal oriented while also having the flexibility to focus on what is weighing on your mind.
