Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor who received my M.A. from NYU's Mental Health and Wellness Counseling Program and have been working in private practice for about six years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating a wide range of life transitions and challenges, including those impacted by anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences openly, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will take time to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive space for your work in therapy. I will also complete an intake questionnaire with you, which helps me better understand your background, current concerns, and what has brought you in at this time. Together, we will begin identifying your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. We will also discuss what a typical cadence of sessions may look like based on your needs and preferences, so you can feel clear and supported moving forward.
