From your first meeting, Melissa will make you feel heard and at ease. Melissa creates a warm and safe environment and believes that building trust and rapport with her clients is key to healing. Melissa is skilled in helping older children through adults reduce feelings of anxiety and depression as well as heal from trauma. Melissa is also passionate about working with couples to help foster an increased sense of relationship satisfaction and connection.
My clients can expect to feel heard and respected. A clients story, is an important story and I hear the story from the clients perspective. I teach communication skills which is vital in relationships.
