Great to meet you!

I have worked across a range of clinical settings — supporting parents in schools, domestic violence survivors through a non-profit, and individuals at a community clinic and in private practice. That breadth of experience has given me a deep appreciation for how different every person's path is, and what it takes to show up effectively across diverse backgrounds and circumstances. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, relational therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative — centered on building a genuine therapeutic partnership where complex life issues can be faced honestly, goals can be identified, and real steps can be taken toward the future. I believe that to live our best lives in the present, we need to understand how past experiences — whether trauma, difficult relationships, or chronic illness — shape our daily decisions, behaviors, feelings, and patterns. Together, we'll work on both immediate coping and the deeper insight needed to heal and move forward.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals facing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and a wide range of other concerns. Many things can hold our lives in place despite a genuine desire to change — and untangling that is exactly what this work is for. Everyone's needs are different, and I would welcome the opportunity to talk about yours and explore how we might work together.
