Great to meet you!

Today is a new day to choose you! I am here to offer support in what you want to focus on for your own life.

My approach is through a trauma-informed care lens. You and I walk this path together in creating a collaborative plan in what steps to take next. The greatest moment is in when I see people choosing themselves first in their own lives - freedom from shame, doubt, and feelings of helplessness is possible!

My approach to therapy

It takes courage to reach out. Our world is rife with stress and at times it seems as if we are all pushed to our breaking point... let's disengage from that static together one breath at a time.

I believe in an eclectic approach in theory, philosophy, psychology, and homework that offers you options for treatment. I don't subscribe to a blanket concept that can benefit all people equally, instead, I believe that we are each diverse individuals who are deserving of being heard through equity.

What you can expect from me

I will be sharing feedback, and our session is interactive. I take an active roll in our conversations regarding your desire to consider healing from past or current hurt and life adjustment(s).

Thank you for reading! Please reach out for a free consult. I wish you well on your journey of health and wellness. My best to you, Melissa
