I'm a queer and neurodivergent clinical psychologist that specializes in helping individuals with issues related to mind-body connections, including chronic pain, sexual challenges and gender incongruence. I also help folx with experiences that can exacerbate these challenges, including developmental & relational trauma, faith transitions, identity + role conflicts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My main approach to therapy is Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as incorporate attachment theory, polyvagal and other somatic therapies, neuroscience, mindfulness and self-compassion. I am also trained in CBT, DBT and ACT and a incorporate skills from CBT, DBT and ACT where appropriate.
