I am an independently Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I received my bachelors in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University and my masters degree from Walden University. I have extensive understanding working with adults and children who have undergone traumatic events at various stages of their development. For 8 years, I have worked extensively with survivors of sexual trauma and their loved ones. I have experience working with populations ranging in age from 5-17, adults from 18-86, and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My view of counseling is foster rapport and create a nonjudgmental environment while assisting the client with managing their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to their body.
