Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kirkwood, MO. I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I also did post graduate studies with the Psychoanalytic Institute of St. Louis and completed their Advanced Psychotherapy Program in 2024.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals explore the unconscious patterns, emotions, and past experiences that shape their current behaviors and relationships. With a warm, reflective, and non-judgmental approach, I support clients in gaining insight into the underlying causes of distress, fostering self-awareness, and promoting lasting emotional growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with my clients to try to gain insight into negative patterns in their life that make them feel like they are unable to move forward.
