Great to meet you!

Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience in both mental health and education, specializing in helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we’ll explore challenges in a safe, supportive space that encourages resilience and growth. I strive to listen deeply, walk alongside you, and create a partnership in the healing process. A key part of my work focuses on strengthening the relationship you have with yourself and with others, which helps foster growth across all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood throughout our work together. I strive to create an environment that is welcoming, compassionate, and empowering. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and making sure it feels like the right fit. I want you to feel a sense of ownership and control in our journey together—this is your time, and my role is to create a space where you can learn to lead with confidence while I support and follow with care. In every session, we will focus on uncovering strengths, building resilience, and moving toward healing, balance, and greater peace. Together, we will also work toward discovering and reaching your full potential, so you can thrive in all areas of life.
