Great to meet you!

Welcome! Taking the next step in your mental health journey is a meaningful decision. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing since 2021 after earning my degree from Texas A&M–Commerce. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can experience both healing and practical growth. My goal is to help you build insight, develop effective tools, and move forward with confidence in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach in sessions is to provide a welcoming and open space for you to discover what exactly you want to work towards. If you come with a specific topic in mind you want to tackle, we will focus on that. If you are not quite sure what you want to talk about, we will explore topics that resonate with you most.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert of your life, and I am here to help either guide you through life's tough roads or provide a calm space to sort out your thoughts. Together, we work towards goals you set and help find what works best both in session and in daily life. My goal is to make myself obsolete so that you are not just coping but adapting and thriving!
