I have worked with clients on various issues such as their relationships, sense of self, life transitions, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, decision-making and overall emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach blends Christian principles, Solution-focused therapy (SFT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a combination of coaching. Together we will focus on your inherent strengths, past successes and utilize techniques to challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping mechanism
